Terms of Use

1. Vehicle information

We make every effort to show accurate vehicle details and photos. Stock changes daily, so a vehicle shown on the website may already be reserved or sold. Availability, condition and final price are confirmed by our sales team before you pay.

2. Prices

Prices are confirmed on your official invoice. Unless your invoice says otherwise, prices exclude import duty and taxes in your country. Delivery points (for example Beitbridge or Chirundu Border) are stated on your invoice.

3. Deposits and payments

A deposit secures a vehicle as per company policy. Payments must only be made into official Nafay Motors accounts shown on our Payment page, or in cash at our official offices against an official company receipt. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account or person.

4. Inspection

We offer a live video walkaround before payment and you may inspect vehicles in person at our Durban Head Office or Musina yard. Please raise any questions about a vehicle before you pay the balance.

5. Delivery, duty and clearing

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by border and transport conditions. Import duty and clearing in your country are your responsibility; we can recommend a trusted clearing agent.
